About Rienzzie Kern

In his role as a CARF surveyor, Rienzzie Kern has surveyed both the administrative as well as the programmatic role for Employment and Community Services. He consults domestically and internationally on the  application and interpretation of the CARF standards, preparation for accreditation surveys, and in program measurement and management, performance improvement, program evaluation, strategic planning, state licensing, health and safety compliance, risk management, diversity and inclusion, technology assessment and planning and accessibility assessment and planning.

Rienzzie Kern is a professional in the field of humanitarian development with 40 years’ experience operating at local, 
regional and global levels in the areas of program development, implementation, monitoring, evaluation and learning. He worked for local and international organizations providing leadership in global evaluation practice, promoting and managing strategic research and evaluation projects,  impact evaluation, promoting learning for continuous improvement. He worked for CARE International, ETC Lanka a private consulting firm, Heifer International and Goodwill Industries of Arkansas.

Rienzzie holds a master's degree in Sustainable International Development from The Heller School for Social Policy and Management, Brandeis University, a diploma in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations, and a bachelor's degree in English. Rienzzie is an active certified CARF Surveyor, and a PMD 
Pro Certified Professional.
